Escape! W6R2

Luckily managed to escape the bad weather and the disruption at Heathrow so have now swapped the slush in Brockwell Park for the waterfront in Hong Kong. Air is pretty polluted so probably a score draw in fitness terms. Nevertheless a morale booster after being diagnosed with arthritis of the hips on Monday.

I'm going to try to keep this up while travelling--we're en route to Oz--but how have others fared? If I miss, say three or four days is it better to press on or repeat a day?

We ve just returned from Oz, depends where you will be but it was v hot where we were.

Walk, swim, run if you can . Just move on to the next run if you complete each. Enjoy!

Sounds lovely. Warmth! 😃

Arthritis. Not so good I have had it in my big toe for years which I keep at bay with a daily omega 3 fish oil capsule. Recently I have had a hip problem but am doing some yoga abd am loving it. Beginners yoga with Tamal Dodge for five quid 👍🙂

Cod liver oil and cross country runs...it's like being back at school!

didn’t seem too bad really. I slightly changed my route, which seems to be helping me stay...
