Well after a bad fall on the last day of my Caribbean holiday I have been on the IC for nearly a month which made me grumpy as hell. So much so, I have stubbornly avoided this forum and the many wonderful sources of support because .... well I could not deal with seeing, talking, watching anything to do with running because the green eyed monster kept rearing its ugly head. I'd drive to work and see people running and feel genuine pangs of envy. Well get a grip Lottie! I'm back, mainly to support the newbies on here as it's only August since I started C25K and despite this recent setback when I started running again last week I was pleasantly surprised that my fitness had not deteriorated significantly and yesterday I ran 5k in under 35 mins for the first time. So, I'm back! Happy running and welcome to all new comers.
