Tomorrow sees the trial run of a new Parkrun at Sandwell Valley Country Park. I'm looking forward to volunteering and helping to get it up and running for the launch on November 11th. I do usually like to run, but it's important to give some time and encourage others also.

Wow brilliant. Well done. Exciting to be involved with the launch of a new Parkrun. I’m up and getting ready to do my Parkrun this morning. Looking forward to it as I volunteered two weeks ago.
