Well, I was thinking of starting week 6 again as I had done 2 runs and then had a week off. I decided to give it a go after a lot of encouragement from people on here . So I’m pleased to say tonight I done my longest run .....25 minutes and 2.9 miles .thanks every one 🏃🏃🏃🏃🏃🏃

There you go! Psych yourself up for week 7 and the work of the longer runs by thinking about new routes, or a new app (I started Zombies, Run!), or new playlist -- once the barrier is "just a few more minutes" then one's motivation can slip (mine sure did). Also, don't be alarmed if you need a couple of days rest rather than just one day as you start the series of longer runs.
