Managed all the running time day so pretty chuffed with myself, but I’ve only ended up with a bloody blister 😟 Really felt the runs in my thighs today and I seriously wanted to punch Sarah in the mouth every time she told me I only had a minute left (longest minute ever!)

Slow down, make sure you are doing your rest days exercise and your post run stretching too Now the runs are getting longer, you need to take care of yourself
