I was so looking forward to finishing week 4 today, but it is not to be. I've been poorly for some days now with a tummy virus so will have to postpone. My question is- how do you know when you're fit to run again?

You will just know. It is frustrating to be sick and to give in that sickness but rest is the best option and your body will bounce back willingly and grateful.
