Wet wet wet

Hi what do you wear when it's raining ,I have a thin skin jacket but fear I may sweat inside and be just as wet!

Like you I glow profusely when running and although I recently bought a light Karrimor jacket recently for cycling, I cannot imagine wearing it while running........wet from inside or wet from outside.......your choice.

I try to avoid starting a run in the rain (BBC weather app) but actually, unless it is very cold, it is not an unpleasant experience and does you no harm so long as you don't cool down too quickly at the end. I just wear my normal running gear and get wet.

I did think about it but didn't want to feel cold to begin with maybe I'll just layer up a bit!

Yes, like IdaT I don't like starting in the rain but I don't mind as much if it rains when I'm out there. I have never found anything that's supposedly rainproof that I am comfortable running in, although to be fair I have never spent a lot of money. I tend to wear long sleeves though because somehow that's better Our skin is waterproof, and the hot shower afterwards is glorious! And any run in the rain is hardcore

Living in the north of Scotland means lots of cold rain in the winter so wouldn't mind something shower proof at least and keep the chill off to begin with 🌧🌨⛄☔
