Just completed second run of week 7 and I have to say I did not find this one hard I wanted to give up at one point but preserved when I heard you have done 12.5 minutes I nearly cheered but at 20 minutes I started to feel quite sick I almost stopped but Jo’s voice suddenly came on at the right time saying I only had 5 minutes left so I struggled on. I am thinking I will take an extra day rest in between and not run again until Wednesday I don’t want to feel like that again 😞
Felt sick 😔: Just completed second run of week... - Couch to 5K

Well done for completing the run.. take that extra rest day and when you head out again... take it slower. Relax into the longer runs and just let those newly-found running legs, find a happy pace

Extra rest days are fine, absolutely fine...you showed determination by pushing on through when you could’ve easily stopped...& that’s spot on! Hope you recovered quickly 👍🏼

Well done for completing the run. When I got to Week 7, I took 2 days rest between each runs but I did low impact exercises on these days which really helped.
Yes so do I , I joined a gym recently so do strength work on the other days my legs were a bit sore this morning at work so maybe I shouldn’t have gone todayas they are now aching . I always run after work as I work 5am-1pm and I find mid afternoon the best time with less people .
