Every run you have done so far has been strengthening you ready to face this challenge, just take it slow and steady and you'll be fine
On your last run you ran for sixteen minutes, plus a five minute brisk walk, so were in fact moving for 21 minutes between warm up and cool down.........so where's the jump?
Believe you can do it and you will. Nice and slow.....enjoy it.
Your going to have a great feeling when you finish this run, steady as you go and be mentally strong, nothing can stop you...
Hands down the best one to finish. I genuinely cried.
Yep...just like any other run.. slow and steady and one foot in front of the other.. You are ready.. that is all you need to know
Don't worry about, and not to overthink it, just push through, and you'll probably wonder what all the fuss was about!π
