Thanks to all the support yesterday from the lovely people on this forum I ran again today and took a bit of the advice from the physio (try grass), but not all of it ( running is bad, don't do it). So I reran w6r2 for the millionth time, managed the first run no problem, had to pause 3 mins into the second 10 mins to fight nausea (recovering from a cold, too much phlegm) and had to switch to 90 60 run walk after that. My feet got wet and my lovely new trainers are no longer a thing of great beauty, but I did it! I will not be beaten, jog on!
