The return to intervals for those first two runs catches many out. Bet you'll be fine when you get back to one long run - I think it's a mental thing. Run 2 - you can do it! Good luck!π

Sorry Tricky i missed this one, am a bit behind on my posts. W6 R1 was my now personal nemesis - somehow doing the intervals seemed to catch me out too. But you'd completed it and rest of the week will go fine.
