You are doing brilliantly ... 20 mins is fantastic even if it takes you half an hour.

Do NOT worry about your speed that will come in time, as will distance. The only important thing at the moment is that you're building up your stamina.

So ... slowly, slowly, slowly!

Good luck and happy running!

Unlike some other C25K programmes, this one makes no mention of speed or pace. It is about duration and you just proved that you can run for twenty minutes, so hurrah and well done.

Had you run faster you might not have completed your target....... twenty minutes. Others are faster than you and some others are slower......It is human nature to compare ourselves, but there is no need to. You are running for yourself and the only person to make a comparison with is the pre C25K you.

You are doing great.

Keep running, keep smiling.

Well done, I don't think it matters how slow you are. I'm impressed at 20 mins regardless of how long you took!

Well done! I have that run planned for Saturday 😱. I think any pace is fine - not worrying about that until I've finished the 9 weeks.

The map thingy does make it look like you ran straight through the middle of a lake though!

No one thinks you're slow, and it's a comparison that really is difficult to make against others, as we are all so different.Your pace is your pace and yours alone. In time you will determine your own fast, medium and slow. You're building up stamina presently and the stamina is the thing that will help you go speedier in the future....

You just did 20 Minutes running how fab is that?

I was worried too about running to slow. I start week 8 run 1 on Monday. I never believed I could finish week 7 with 3 25 min runs but I am so proud to say I did it. GO GIRL YOU ARE DOING FANTASTIC 😘
