Hi all

Earlier today in 23° heat I completed W3R1!! When I started Couch to 5K I didn't think it could be possible for me to run 1 minute let alone 3 minutes without collapsing in a heap but today I proved myself wrong. Surprisingly finding myself enjoying this running malarkey and the 'me time' is priceless 😊

Loving this...you will continue surprising yourself, I promise, coz I have.running is a funny old game, you think you can't but then....something happens....& you want to carry on....then you want to better the last time....& so it continues....take it slow & steady a week at a time...any runs you don't complete, consider them to be practice runs....and you'll do them next time....stay focused & ignore the gremlins telling you you can't, because you can 👍🏻🏃🏼‍♀️

Wonderful.. well done you..!

Brilliant and in heat too, never underestimate how big a deal the temperature increase is... it's great that you are enjoying the running. Happy running for rest of W3 and beyond

Well done. I have so much admiration for someone that can go running that early, let alone in the heat. I run in the evening. I agree with the me time too. I can't wait to be able to run and think at the same time, as I'm still concentrating hard on breathing and putting good one foot in front of the other. Enjoy your rest day!
