I always thought it would be great to be able to just put on my trainers and head out into the fields, and now I'm doing it.
Thank you so much for this forum, even though I didn't post, other people's posts often helped me to relax with whatever paranoia, doubt or ache I was struggling on my running days. After about week six I was complete addicted. Today I graduated! It was one of the tougher runs as I was tired and I had to go slow, but at the end I kept going until I hit 5k because I could! Took 34.47 minutes, and I'm so proud.
I'm planning to keep going, eventually increasing time and distance of runs, but for now I'll just maintain.
I'm a runner! π€£π€£π€£π€Έπ½ββοΈ
