Hey all! I've just downloaded the app. I did something similar to this a few years ago but got to week 4/5 and I hurt my ankle and had to stop. I then never restarted afterwards. I want a little bit of guidance, I work 3/4 nights a week, and it will be mainly evenings when I will be doing the runs, does the weeks count as a 7 day week? Or is it 6 days then start week 2? Does that make sense?

Due to your shifts the best way for you to approach it is do one run then take at least one rest day if your shift pattern makes it that you have to have longer breaks that is not a problem it just means you will take longer than the very flexible 9 weeks.

A "week" in C25k terms is the number of days between run 1 and the rest day after run 3. It should never be less than 6 days, but it can be longer. I think my week 9 was 12 days because I had to take a break for a pulled muscle. For me it is run when you can, life won't let me stick to a schedule. As long as you never skip a rest day there are no set rules.
