Never really taken to running before so supprised I'm enjoying this! I ran week 4 day one today and I'm super pleased as this was the first really scary looking run for me and it felt ok! Never thought I'd be running 4mins solid! Doesn't sound like much but it's a victory for me! It's amazing I've stuck to any sort of exercise program this long, it's odd, I actually look forward to running!

Hi Newb! I am also new to running and this website! I've never had the endurance to jog/run so I'm giving this my best effort. Made it through wk 1 and day 1 of wk 2. Like you, I was worried I could hang in there for the minute and a half but surprisingly I did! Congrats to you! I'm crossing my fingers I can make it to the week you are now! 🙏🏻😊

Well done! It's amazing isn't it?
