On week two now, did my second run on the prom with the rain and wind in my face, seemed to egg me on, after a 90 minute work out in the gym. Rewarded myself with a Jacuzzi .

Did you actually go and buy a jacuzzi? - now that's a reward system that would work for me. Well done

No I went back to the gym , where I did my work out, they have pool , steam room etc...

Thank goodness for that my mini incentive of 1 euro for every km run going towards new running kit, was beginning to look quite second rate. Jacuzzi though a fab idea....
