So tough tonight in the heat. The air is so close I think I sweated out the weight instead of burned it off.

I went out at 4pm and wasn't too bad. It's been threatening a storm all afternoon so I was glad the sun wasn't out. I can usually only do evenings so I was happy the heat dropped a little for me x
