Id just like to say what a great bunch you all are on here. I'd forgot how supportive and encouraging you all are . Just been reading through the posts and I'm really excited about getting back into running and being part of this group .

I am the same. I thought I was too old and unfit, but with a holiday coming up I needed a push to get fit. We can do this, we got this, we just need to keep going.
