Hi all. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone for their positive and helpful posts. I am back on track. I went back to week 7 and did 2 25 min outings this week. Tonight I kept on going and completed 28 mins. I'm feeling like I will actually do this now. Great advice from you pros - slowing down, repeating a week, being positive, trying a new route. Thank you all!
