All day I've been thinking of ways to not run tonight(week 5 run 1).. I know I'm only cheating myself..!
However after getting in from work, sorting the horses and walking my dog, I threw my trainers on, turned the music up and let Sarah get me through it..
More surprisingly half way through my second run I found myself smiling uncontrollably..
I was enjoying it.! So glad I did it now.
It's the feeling of freedom that'll I'll always remember anytime I try to put off my run again.
