Omg, I've just completed my final run for week6. I can't believe it! I am feeling so so good. Thank you everyone for the words of encouragement earlier on when I was panicking about week 5 run 3.

Thank you, it was not bad at all, after about 10 minutes my body adjusted quite a lot and I managed to keep moving throughout

Brilliant you have broken the back of this programme now and W7 is about consolidating today's run, with weeks 8 and 9 gradual increase up to 30 minutes. This will give you a good chance to really learn about pacing, etc.

Thank you, you're right I think I still need to learn about pacing. However it's been quiet tough as all my routes are mostly going up high which tires me a lot
