Hurrah! Successfully completed C25K this beautiful morning.

The best part was that as the run went on I felt even better than at the beginning when my legs felt like lead.

If this 70 year old can do it then everyone can.

My husband says I don't look worn out enough but I took the picture after my 5 minute warm down.

A great way to start the day. Parkrun here I come...!?πŸ˜€

Me thinks you are lying about your age!! You look fabulous - well done and well deserved congratulations. Park Run better watch out!

It's the benefit of running!

I don't think parkrun has much to worry about I am very slow. I actually feel nervous about running with others as I've always run on my own while doing C25K.

Don't worry - personally I have yet to enter an event, but I have volunteered at plenty of triathlons over the past few years and the atmosphere is fantastic. There will be plenty of support for you.

Thank you. I will. For me this is an achievement to celebrate so having a bit of paper to record the fact would be great. πŸ‘
