According to my mate sarah I've completed week 6 I can't believe I would ever get this far and enjoy it so much! The thought of running used to fill me with dread but now I can't wait to get out there only 3 more weeks to go until I graduate 😁. Anyone thinking about starting just go ahead and have a go you'll be so glad you did! not going to lie some runs were hard and I thought I was going to die but slow and steady and you will get there x
