Well it's been a little while since my last post. I can't believe that I've completed week 7.
There's been many a struggle and even more plods, but I've stuck to it, gritted my teeth and kept going.
My friends are still much quicker than me but I really don't care. Yesterday I had a major breakthrough and felt for the first time that I was really running/jogging properly.
I've been suffering with terrible back pain but not when I'm running and I've been eating sensibly and now have lost 9 lbs. still 3 stones to go but a good start.
I would say 2more weeks to go but that would be a lie, this I feel is the start of something.
