RICE - treatment for strains/injuries (rest, ice,compression,elevate) Hope you don't need that one for a while!!๐ฎ
10% rule - For increasing distance (after the programme!) it is recommended that you do not increase a long run by more than 10% of your total weekly distance. Many graduates progress to 10k using this method and turning one of their three runs in to their weekly long run. Hope this makes sense?๐
There are still loads of weird terms that I don't and never will understand. To me running is running!!
