Hello everyone,just in from my run I felt quite hot and flustered with my run today ,it was at a slow pace and I'm trying to breath slow while running but I enjoyed it all the same πŸ˜€ have s good day

Well done πŸ‘πŸΌ Stick with slow and steady and your breathing will fall into place soon enough. I used to suffer terribly with my breathing but now it's absolutely fine πŸ˜€ Keep it up! πŸ‘ŸπŸ‘ŸπŸ‘Ÿ

Slow is good - you know the old saying "slowly slowly wins the race" and it couldn't be more apt here - feeling hot and flustered is good, means you worked hard - go you :-) As others have said, don't worry about the breathing too much, as in, don't over-think it - just relax your mind and body and your breathing will fall into place automatically - enjoy
