Things I've learned about running on flat terrain...

I was a bit sad to leave C25K behind but out I went. It was so hot... Probably should have waited until this evening but you live and learn!

I went running at work along the sea wall. This is different to usual as it is completely flat and usually I have to cope with a few hills. I learned two things about running on the flat:

1. No uphill! Yay!

2. No downhill! Boo!

Looking forward to a few more consolidation runs before increasing distance and working on my speed.

Happy running all!

A bit of downhill is lovely isn't it. Your reward for going up 😃 Good for you for being able to run on a sea front. It's one of my as yet unfulfilled ambitions

Good luck with your post C25k plans 🙂
