Hi, hope you are all well. A little intro about me. I am 44 and only got into exercise in the last 2 years and have always wanted to run but never did anything about it except make excuses why not to. I have been doing gym classes but feel its time to take the plunge and start running.

Good for you! Age doesn't matter (I started running at 46 this year), just go slow & steady & have rest days. Trust in the programme - it works! Keep posting so we can all support you. π
