Just completed last run of week 3. Was worried about next week though when I have to increase to 5 mins. After the workout I decided to jog home instead of walk and I managed a whole 7 mins and I feel like I could of ran further :-) put me in a good positive frame of mind ready for week 4

Well done you! I'd be inclined to stick with the programme however perky you feel. It really is well thought out and longer runs come very soon!!! I also reckon that the warm up and cool off walks are important so your muscles don't get achey. Enjoy!
