Hi all. Hope you're all doing ok! Completed w5 r1 yesterday and feeling amazing. Can definitely tell the difference in my fitness. I can't believe how different I feel. I've lost a stone and total of 10" since starting running 5 weeks ago!! Amazing.

If you keep that body moving while eating a healthy diet then you should see a whole new you emerging. No extra food required til you are running beyond 10k bear in mind 😀
Just keep going nice and steady. No hurry 😀
