Hi all I have the couch to 5k a try back in January 2016 but had to stop shortly after as I got pregnant with my daughter. I've tried to find the same app but not having much joy...has it changed? Updated? If someone could post the link for the new app I'd very much appreciate it thanks in advance xxx
