Has anyone noticed a general increase in energy and greater tolerance of heat? I usually head for the couch on hot afternoons and didn't really need to today. Reserved right not to run in this evening's heat but did it anyway. I feel a bit unfamiliar to myself - in a good way! Still can't believe I'll run for 20 mins straight in just over a week's time though. No way!

Very well done! Im not there yet. Im still tired in the mornings and wanting a lie in most mornings! I'd really love to get to your level of energy increase. Fingers crossed!
I find that the day I run, for the rest of the day I'm quite bouncy and energetic. Must be the endorphins!
