So just completed week 3 run 1 and the ache, cramp type pain in my left leg down the shin and round the ankle is worse than ever! Any ideas as to what it could be and how I can stop it? It goes after the warm down and starts half way through the workout.

Give it a day or two and see how you feel. Hopefully it's just a new runner niggle
It's hard to know what it is for sure, if anything, as we are not doctors. If it doesn't clear up you will have to see your go
Hopefully you will be back on it in a few days. Be sure to run very slowly on the jog segments π
