You can do both, the music fades out when the coach speaks and then fades in when she stops 👍🏻👍🏻

I like a bit of indie too, stone roses, placebo etc , some 90's Rave and Dance, mostly rock though and occasionally some classical or chilled for my warm down!! 👍🏻👍🏻
