Woo hoo! Over half way through! Second run of eight minutes I thought I was a gonner... until an otter popped its head out of the river! I was so elated the rest of the 8 minutes flew.... going to be otter spotting! (Will try and get a photo! It was idilic) 🤗🌈

Lucky you! All I see on my runs are squirrels, pigeons and early morning drinkers....

Glad the otter perked you up! On my last run I saw a swan sitting on its nest stretching its wings. I was really flagging & stopped for a minute to admire it then went off with a smile thinking about it & not how tired I was! Wildlife is a great gremlin antidote!
