Hi there I'm new on here and a recent 5K graduate. I'm 58 yrs old and have spent 58yrs saying I can't run.... after 100 metres I would collapse gasping for breath. 12 weeks ago I started c25k and did every week 1-9 even taking my trainers on hols. I posted my intentions on instagram @julie.scheers as an added incentive. 8 days ago I made my 5K debut at Wimbledon Common Park Run and ran it for the second time yesterday . Running is hard but the rewards are worth it π
