Just discovered this site. On week 2 with day 2 done today and my knee is a bit tender to touch if I press it inside.....inside of my leg. Otherwise I feel good and dont want this to become a problem. Any suggestions?

if it isn't painful to walk on, don't worry about it for now. There are a lot of aches and pains and niggles when starting any programme, most of which are temporary and just the muscles and tendons etc getting used to new strains and demands.
If it persists or gets significantly worse then review it. Learn some simple stretches to do after you run each day. Do some basic strengthening exercises - calf raises and squats are a good place to start. And then some more squats. Stay hydrated.
If it is very sore put an ice pack on for 10-15 mins at intervals.
