Went out with intention of completing a 5k this morning. Gremlins were particularly loud today and letting me know I couldn't really run! I gave in to them at just under 4K. Minutes later I realised what I had done and was so annoyed I'd let them win - off I went and completed my 5k! Cally 1-Gremlins 0.
