Moving but not forward!

So after a break due to my feet I managed to move. I wanted to run outside as that feels proper but my feet are a little sore still for the roads so I got the treadmill out and did 10 mins as was suggested the other day, felt ok well ok as in hot red and puffed but carried on and did a 20 minute treadmill run. My legs today have that nice "achy but at least I did some thing feel". Here s hoping over the next week or two I can get out onto the lanes. Happy run day everyone

Great news!!! Best of luck for getting out again! I would find a treadmill really quite difficult as I need to look at something lol ... onward and upward and at your own pace

Fab! I would say you're moving forwards. A 20 minute run after a long break is brilliant.

Oh yeah the lanes would be fab. Soft woody trails would be bliss where you have all the years of leaf fall giving you a soft, yielding surface 🙂 It's always a relief to the feet and legs, oh and knees and ankles 😃
