A bit annoyed with myself, but...

I had a bjt of a busy and migraine-y weekend, which meant I didn't go for my W2R3 yesterday as planned. Feeling a bit annoyed with myself, but the posts on this forum really helps with motivation and also honesty about the setbacks, so thank you! I shall try to get out this evening for the last run of week 2!

Goodness, you can't run with migraine! Don't be annoyed with yourself, pat yourself on the back for knowing when not to run!
