Stop procrastinating should be my motto but I just can't decide if it's catchy enough?
So I am now in W2, with CT2 imminent and after a pep talk from a friend that's just run her first 5k non-stop (Go Kate Go!) she's convincing me to head back outdoors ... but the CT seems to be calling so strong. I'm a bit of a OCD "type" personality so am mind juggling mixing W2CT alternating with W1R's outdoors factoring in IC every Tues eve this shall become a MM ... now my head is spinning faster than my legs maybe this should be my RD? Reaching for Trainers - honest

IC = Indoor Cycling
MM = Major Military
RD = Rest Day
