W9r3 was a park run! 2 birds, 1 stone. Sorry Laura but I left you behind for this one but you will always have a special place in my heart.
Incredible journey since Christmas when I struggled to gasp my way around the first few weeks. It is a magical programme that sort of creeps up on you until you feel like you can conquer the world.
Then there is the secret ingredient too - this forum. How many times have I thought about stopping on a run and thought of the many, many inspirational posts and people on here and found that, yes, I can get through it too. Thanks to everyone here, especially the admins who always spur us on.
Anyway, I have gone on long enough and I need to get some bubbly on ice π. Oh, time was 31'55" not that it mattered.
I am a running man now ππ½
