After concentrating on 5K for the past year I feel the need to try something else. So I have begun Sammi Murphy's bridge to 10K. Today I ran 4x10 minutes. I'll give it a go for the next few weeks and if I don't like it I'll try something else. Nothing ventured, nothing gained! Who knows, it might help my Parkrun times.

The first weeks podcast is a bit quiet but it's all ok from then on. It's great! I love it. Tons of music. More tracks than you can shake a stick at. Hours and hours of running and it's free. What could be better. I got a bit bogged down on week 4 but just re-ran some of them before moving on. Sami kicks ass! She doesn't talk as much as Laura but does tell you what to do so you won't feel high and dry post C25k.
I still run with Sami podcasts as I like most of the music, most of which was new to me.
