Advice for injury please.

Basically I tripped going upstairs on Monday and thought nothing of it.

Felt a slight twinge in my leg yesterday.

Went to do my W7R3 this morning and had to stop after 5 mins run.

Pain shooting from my hip to my foot.

I know I have to rest but what do I do when I recover?

Do I go back a couple of weeks?

Thanks for any advice.

It's hard to say. It depends on what you've done. It might clear up in a few days, in which case you can get back out there. If it gets worse then you will have to see the doc
