Hello all
Now that I am one run away from 10 long runs, I wondered if anyone can recommend a good iPad VR app, so I can set my pace and it shows a scene to run in, (please don't say go outside)

Unfortunately your last comment would be most responders first thought..........so you may not get many replies. The majority of us felt self conscious when we first started running, but the benefits of being outdoors are vast and the boost to your self esteem when you realise that you are just one of millions pounding the streets, parks and footpaths, will win over self doubts.........you could go outside.......
I've just subscribed to the Run Downunder YouTube channel. They have quite a few 6km/3.7mi runs at 8kph/4.9mph in various Australian locations, with or without sound so you can use your own music if you want to. There are other channels too. Just got to figure out how to hang my iPad off the wall that faces my treadmill so I can use them properly!
I tend to watch Scandinavian noir dramas when pounding the treadmill. Makes the time fly by...
