1 down - 2 to go!

Just did the first of my Week 9 runs - not going to say it was easy, but this was possibly due to it being 10 degrees warmer than when I ran on Thursday and I got a little too warm! Ah well - still learning about what is best to wear in what weather/temperature!

Anyway - decent pace and full 30 mins - just need to see if I can repeat it!!

Well done. If you did it once, you can do it again! Nice rest and away you go

That's the plan! (well if you can count two days at school as a rest!!!) :)

It is a rest of your running muscles but other muscles will need to work hard at school!

I read sometime ago that you should dress for half way through your run, that's what I aim for now. Mind you I don't always get it right!

I think my long-sleeved top is too warm for days like today. I think next time, if it is this temperature, I'll wear my short sleeved top and jacket. That way I can take my jacket off when I heat up!!

That's what I do for these milder days. I find Long sleeve are great when down to 2 degrees or below, with an added layer as it gets colder. I try to note the expected temp before I dress for the run and adapt accordingly. I find I run warm, others may need more cover.

I think I get quite warm when I run. I look at the temperature before I get ready, but still haven't quite sussed how that equates to my choice of clothing! [despite using a couple of online guides!!]
