After going for 7 weeks with the wrong app I got to end of week 7 which I did not complete to my satisfaction 7 x 4 minute runs with half a minute in etween for walking, so I have now done what I should have done a couple of weeks ago and downloaded the correct NHS app and just completed Run 1 of week 5, which went well so I will now continue with the correct app until the end of week 9 which will mean an extra 2 weeks but feel happy with that, it is also a much better app

Ah, well done sarahspain :) Glad to see you're finally singing off the same hymn sheet (so to speak!) :D Yeah, it will be advantageous on here because most of us have used the NHS plan and I don't think many of us know the structure of the other ones.

All the best with the rest of your journey on C25K. It sounds like it's going to plan so far :)

This plan will definately get you to graduation. Don't worry about having to repeat runs its all good training and improving your stamina. You will be fine though. Let us know how you get on.😊
