I'm so excited. I ran the entire 20 minutes today without stopping. I never thought I could do it, but it's done. I'm getting excited about what's next!
Never say never!

And excited you should be! That is a huge turning point in the programme and you've nailed it Week 6 can cause hiccups but just keep doing what you're doing (fantastically) and you'll be on the final furlong before you know it. Well done!
Well done you😊😊🌟🌟👍it's exciting good luck keep going imagine the last run !!!!! How good will you feel....
Well done! You've given me hope. I'm currently too scared to attempt it as it seems such a huge leap from eight minutes non stop. Maybe I will try later this week...
That is the way!!! We cab do anything we set out to! Onward and upward!
It's a great feeling 😁
,, that should say, 'can', also, as our lovely McFitty says, Week 6 does throw some of us... do not let it... you are ready for it, and can already do the runs...just steady and slow and go for it!
Great going! Revel in the feeling, you've earned it. Now you know you can do antyping!!! Take week 6 easy - and come back and let us know how you get on. Gotto love this running lark
Brilliant, very well done!!!
That's the run I have just done! it's an amazing feeling.
To think that six weeks ago I got out of breath walking upstairs. It goes to show what a well designed program this is and that anything is possible if you put your mind to it.
I think it's helped me not "reading ahead", so I don't know what I'm about to try before Laura tells me, so I can't be daunted by the prospect before its too late to back out on my warm up walk.
Looking forward to week six now.
Bravo!!!! I was there last week!!! Such an amazing achievement!!!
Well done ktullis ! That's brilliant, and it gives me more confidence for later this week as I have my first run of week 5 today and I've been dreading run 3!
Congratulations so well done. Just take it slow and steady for week 6 and you'll soon be a graduate!
