Despite not having ran since Sunday (and Saturday) and having a light throat infection in between, I rather foolishly ran run one of week 5.
Whilst it was slightly slower than week 4 run 3 on Sunday, I felt pretty good, and didn't really struggle except in the first run; but then that is because I ran albeit at a slow pace as I often do the warming up phase.
So Saturday, it will be Week 5, run two!!
